The Customer Care Team will be unavailable with limited emergency access during training.

We will resume our regular operating hours from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 pm. on Wednesday, February 7th.

Emergency support is available only for events in progress (from the delivery day of your event until your order is picked up). 

Need additional support? Many questions can be answered here at our Hippo Help Center. Our online help portal can answer most of your rental and website questions, including Placing and Managing Orders, Delivery and Fees, Payment and Policies, Website Tutorial Videos, and much more.
