What should I do if I need to reach someone for an emergency while my event is in progress (starting from the time your order has been delivered until it’s picked up)?

Emergency support is available for events that are currently in progress, starting from the time your order has been delivered until it is picked up. Contact our Customer Care team via phone, text, or live chat. Please have your Event Number in hand as you will need it to get in touch with us. 

While your event is in progress, we can help with any of the following issues:

  • Truck arrival and pick-up time, or on-site delivery team issues
  • Product troubleshooting (oven, stove, dance floor, propane)
  • Equipment replacement requests for items that are either missing, damaged, or broken
  • Last-minute product additions
