To ensure safe and timely pickup of your rental equipment, please follow these guidelines:

• Oil Removal Required

  • All fryers must have the oil completely removed and cooled before pickup. 

  • Each fryer includes a filter to help make oil removal easier.

  • If oil is still in the fryer at the time of pickup, our driver will be unable to retrieve the unit until the oil is cooled and removed.

  • A re-pickup fee will apply if we need to return

Properly removing and cooling the oil before return helps us maintain safety standards and ensures a smooth and efficient pickup process for both our Transportation Team and our customers.
