If you are in need of assistance before or after our regular business hours for an event in progress (from delivery until your order is picked up), please contact us at 1-844-GO-HIPPO (464-4776) to speak with our Emergency On-Call Staff. Please have your Event Number ready as you will need to enter it after pressing 0 (zero) to speak with a team member. If the Event Number provided is not found, please try entering it again. 

Our business hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.

The Event Number can be found in the upper right corner of your invoice or on our website in the Upcoming Events section on the My Account page.

Our Emergency On-Call team can assist with issues with an event in progress and delivery/pickup ETAs.
