To retrieve a captain's copy please follow these steps:
- Log into your account on the website
- Hover over the welcome icon to select My Account from the menu
- Go to the upcoming event column to locate the event, expand the box information by clicking on the ellipsis
- Select view invoice option
- Click on Work order/Captain's copy to view
If the event does not appear on the My Account section, check the Upcoming Events section available from the Welcome menu.
- Edit the search dates so that the dates will reflect the event date you are working with.
- Click on the opposing arrows in the Event Date column next to the event you are interested in.
- Under the status column, you'll see an option to View the invoice - choose Word Order/Captain's (No Pricing)
A separate web tab will open with the no pricing copy of the invoice ready to be saved, reviewed and printed.
