Attaching a map or diagram to your order helps our transportation team ensure a smooth delivery or pickup. Follow the steps below to upload your file during the checkout process. 

Once you’ve added all desired rental items to your cart, click the Checkout button to begin the ordering process. 

After clicking Checkout, you will be directed to the Delivery/Pick Up step.  Here, you’ll be asked to provide:

• Delivery/pickup dates
• Preferred time windows
• Special instructions for our team

Attach Your Map or Diagram
Just below the Delivery Instructions box, you’ll see an option to attach a file.
Please ensure your map or diagram is saved as a PDF before uploading.

Submit Your Order
Once the file is attached and all order details are completed, submit your order.
The attached map will be saved in our internal system and shared with our transportation team for use on the day of delivery and pickup.
