How to Check Rental Availability After Placing Your Order

After placing your order, you can check the availability of your rentals by reviewing the PDF invoice available through My Account.

How to Check Availability

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Account.
  2. Locate the order you would like to review.
  3. Click the ellipsis (•••) next to the order.
  4. Select “View Order.”
  5. Open the PDF invoice.
  6. Review the entire invoice for any notes in red regarding availability.

Understanding Availability Notes

If any rentals are not available or only partially reserved, a red note will appear on the PDF invoice underneath the item. Be sure to review all pages of the invoice, as availability notes may appear throughout the order.
