Equipment Requiring Larger Trucks

Certain rental items require transport in vehicles larger than 11'6" due to their size and handling requirements. These include:

  • Back Bars
    • Arch Back Bars
    • Chandler Back Bars
    • London Back Bar
    • Metropolis Back Bars
  • Refrigerators
    • Single Door
    • Double (2) Door 
    • Cres Cor
    • Beverage Display Refrigerator
  • Freezers

Venue and Location Restrictions

Some venues and areas enforce vehicle height or size restrictions that limit access for larger trucks. Notable examples include:

  • The New York Public Library (NYPL)
  • The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA)
  • All locations within Rockefeller Center
  • Waldorf Astoria

These locations typically cannot accommodate trucks exceeding 11'6", which presents a logistical challenge for delivering the items listed above.  Deliveries to these venues will require advance review and coordination with the venue. Additional transportation arrangements and fees may apply.

For locations not listed above, we kindly recommend confirming with the venue or loading dock in advance to determine whether any vehicle size restrictions apply.
