When renting heavy cooking equipment such as stoves, deep fryers, ovens, refrigerators and warming cabinets please keep in mind  that our transportation team will not deliver any cooking equipment up or down stairs.  Moving heavy items up or down stairs can pose a serious safety risk to both our delivery team and the property.  

While we do not offer stairway deliveries for these items we do provide alternative options such as ground level delivery and delivery via elevator -  as long as the cooking equipment is electric, then we can use the elevator to deliver. In this case, the product dimensions have to be reviewed to make sure the items will fit inside the elevator and inside the location. All dimensions are available under the product description for each piece of cooking equipment. It is the renter's responsibility to ensure the product dimensions will fit thru the doorways, entryways, elevators, etc. at the venue.

Propane cooking equipment and propane tanks cannot be delivered into a building or thru a building. Party Rental can deliver these items a ground floor level area, sidewalk, or any other open area. We recommend that you contact your local municipality to arrange for propane permits for these items.
