Do you collaborate with event professionals?

We sure do! As a way to increase the event industry’s exposure, we consider collaborations with event planners, photographers, venues, and other event suppliers.


Some of the requirements for collaboration include:

    • Photo galleries would be available for use within 3 weeks of the shoot, or if submitted for publication in the season that the photos are taken
    • Party Rental Ltd. would be the only rental provider (some exceptions are considered)
    • Party Rental Ltd. is tagged on all social media posts: @partyrentalltd 
    • Party Rental Ltd. receives the unfiltered images from the photoshoot, including several photos that can be used in the following size ratios:
      • 3840 x 1600 (for our option to include it on our website home page)
      • 1080 x 1080 (Instagram)
    • Ability to cover delivery/pickup costs (not including possible cost associated with the rental request)

Decisions on the rental discount offered on the collaboration / photo shoot will be made once the shopping cart and the requirements above are shared along with the information below via email.  The email should be sent to styledshoots@partyrentalltd.com, where our team will review and get back to you.

    • Participating Vendors
    • Mood Board or Link to Public Pinterest Board
    • Products you wish to use (please create an online cart and share it with styledshoots@partyrentalltd.com)
    • If you have a book of business at the venue
