All Design Studios are available by appointment only, most can be scheduled online by selecting your preferred location below.
Before booking, please ensure your event has been entered in our system through your online account. If you don't have an account, it is easy to create one. You’ll need to provide the event E-number when scheduling.
Please note that our New York Design Studio is currently available by appointment only for event professionals within the industry. To learn more or to schedule a NYC studio appointment, please contact our Customer Care team via Live Chat or call 1-844-464-4776. If you have an assigned Regional Sales Manager, you may also contact them directly for assistance.
If you’ve already booked an appointment but need to reschedule or cancel, making changes is simple. Just click the Reschedule or Cancel Booking button on the initial confirmation page.
If you later decide to adjust your appointment, such as selecting a new date, time, or canceling altogether, you can also click the Reschedule link in your confirmation email. This will take you back to the bookings page, where you can view available dates, time slots, or cancel. Please note that you may need to choose a different Regional Sales Manager based on availability.
