The guide below is the perfect tool to help you get started in planning your space. A good rule of thumb to follow is to allow 24-30" between each guest at a table for a comfortable fit. You can go tighter but keep in mind your chair width and table top setup - the larger the chair or larger the setting, the more space needed between each guest.
Please keep in mind that the table-top setup and the size of the chairs preferred can effect how many guests you can comfortably sit at each table. For instance, using chargers, tabletop florals, candlelight, etc. will use a larger footprint on the table which may require a wider table. Using wider chairs (we calculate our guide using the Reception Chair size) may cause the need for a longer table size.
