What’s Included with Your Rental
When ordering the Big John Grill, you will receive:

If you need more than one grill, increase the quantity of grills in your order as well as the quantity of the Big John Grill Base in the add-on section to match the number of grills ordered. This ensures each grill is properly supported and ready for safe use.

Helpful Hints
For best results and efficient grilling, we recommend:
- 5 bags of charcoal per grill for initial grill setup and cooking.
- 2 bottles of lighter fluid for initial ignition.
- 1 additional bag of charcoal per hour per grill for continued grilling.
Actual usage may vary depending on weather conditions, cooking style, and event size.
Safe Operation Guidelines
- Use grills outdoors only.
- Place grills on a stable, non-flammable surface.
- Never leave a lit grill unattended.
- Keep children and pets away from active grills.
- A fire extinguisher is strongly recommended and available as an add-on.
Ash Removal and Pickup Requirements
Customers are responsible for properly managing and disposing of all ashes.
Before pickup:
- Ensure all coals and ashes are completely extinguished.
- Empty all ash from the grill and from ash can (if rented).
- Dispose of ashes in accordance with local regulations.
Important: Our transportation team will not pick up grills or ash cans that contain hot or unemptied ashes. Failure to comply may result in delayed pickup and additional service charges.
