What happens if a product belonging to another company is sent back with the rentals?

If you believe a product from another company may have been returned to us by mistake, contact us with your event number. Please provide a detailed description of the item(s), including quantity, markings (such as company stamp or barcode), color, shape, size, etc. Pictures are also very helpful.  

Mixing rentals or using personal items along with rental items is not a practice we recommend because of the risk of sending the wrong product back to the wrong company/owner. We provide a disclaimer during checkout that addresses this practice:

“We strongly discourage the mixing of rental items from multiple rental companies on-site at your event. It is the customer's responsibility to sort and return rentals, and we often find that mixing rentals increases the chance that products are sent back to the wrong company. We take great pride in the size and variety of our rental collection, and we are happy to help you find the products and solutions you need to make your event successful.”
 

What to do if one of our products was sent to another rental company?
 
If one of our products was sent somewhere else, please follow up with the respective company to retrieve our items. Images and descriptions of our items are available on our website. Contact us as soon as possible to make us aware that the items will not be returned as expected.  
 
Note: We charge a Product Recovery fee if one or more products cannot be returned upon the original pickup date/time and we must return to pick up one or more items within 3 business days ($200.00). Please review additional information on returning our products upon pick up
