Can I change my method of payment to a credit card after submitting my order?

If you originally selected Alternative Billing or used a credit card that you no longer wish to use, you can easily change your payment method through your online account or by using our Secured Payment Page

To change your payment method to a credit card, start by logging into your account on our website. Navigate to My Account”, then select the event associated with your order. Click on “Modify/Update”, then go to the “Payment” section. From there, choose the Credit Card or Bank Information option, enter the details, and click “Next Step” to save the changes. Don’t forget to submit your order once the payment method has been updated.

There is also the option to update your payment method via our Secured payment page. This option is available to registered users and guest users. As a guest, you can enter the billing details on behalf of the client. This flexibility allows for a fast and convenient way to apply or update a credit card or ACH payment.

Credit card & ACH payments are not settled until 1 business day before the delivery date. Please be sure to have your payment method applied (or attached) to the event no later than 2 business days before delivery to ensure there will be no issues that would delay the process of picking, packing, and loading the order at the time of settling.

Please note that the payment method cannot be changed after the event takes place - changes can only be made prior to the delivery date.
