How to Retrieve Payment Confirmation

After completing your payment through the Direct Pay link and receiving the Thank You for providing payment message, the payment will be processed and settled the day before your scheduled delivery. The confirmation of the payment will appear on page two of your invoice, showing the breakdown of the settled amount and updated balance.

To access your invoice , follow these steps:

Log in to your web account at www.partyrentalltd.com.

Navigate to My Account

Under Upcoming Events, locate the event you wish to view and click the ellipsis (...) next to it.

Select View Invoice

Once the invoice opens, scroll to the second page to view the detailed payment confirmation and settled balance.
