Knowing your delivery and pick-up dates is crucial when renting event items, and we make it easy to plan ahead. Here’s how you can check our availability in real-time before completing your order:
Step 1: Log In or Create an Account
To access delivery and pick-up availability, you must be logged in.
Click Log In at the top of the website.
Enter your credentials and sign in.
— or —Select Create an Account and complete the registration process.
Step 2: Open Your Cart
Click the cart icon in the top right corner of the screen.
This will take you to your Cart page.
Step 3: View Available Delivery & Pick-Up Dates
On the Cart page, click “View Prices Based on Delivery & Pick-Up Dates.”
Enter the ZIP code where delivery or pick-up will take place.
Select your desired delivery or pick-up date from the calendar.
What to look for:
Available dates will appear normally on the calendar.
Fully booked dates will be marked in red.
If a date is not selectable, it is unavailable.
If your ZIP code is outside of our standard delivery area, additional distance fees will apply. Any applicable distance fees will be calculated and displayed during the final checkout step before the order is completed.
Step 4: Proceed to Checkout
After reviewing available dates and confirming your selections, ensure your items are in the cart.
Click the Checkout button.
Follow the checkout steps to complete your order.
