How do I know when you're available to deliver and pick up my rental?

Learn how to easily determine the availability for delivery and pick-up of your rental items.

Knowing your delivery and pick-up dates is crucial when renting event items, and we make it easy to plan ahead. Here’s how you can check our availability in real-time before completing your order: 

Step-by-Step:

  1. Log In or Create an Account
    To access delivery and pick-up availability, you’ll need to be logged in.
  2. Open Your Cart
    Click the cart icon at the top right corner of the screen to view your cart screen.
  3. Select “View Prices Based on Delivery & Pick-Up Dates”
    This will open a calendar view showing all available delivery and pick-up dates. The dates that are fully booked will be be marked in red.
  4. Proceed to Checkout
    Once you’ve reviewed available dates and confirmed your selections, add the items to the cart and click on the Checkout button to continue placing your order.
