If you need custom language in your COI, please email coirequests@partyrentalltd.com and include your upcoming event number in the subject line and a sample certificate as a reference. We require advance notice of (3) business days.

Our policy is renewed every year on August 19th. If you are set up in our insurance providers system already, an updated COI will be sent out automatically within a week of our renewal date. If you were established with us previously and you did not get an updated COI, please follow the steps above to request an updated COI.
