What is your cancellation policy?

All orders are considered final as of 5:00 p.m. EST, two (2) business days before delivery.

  • Cancellations/Reductions: Any cancellations or item removals made the business day before delivery, or any items refused at the time of delivery, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

  • Additions: Additions to existing orders will be accepted up to one (1) business day before delivery and will incur a $300 processing fee.
